Carrot Pecan Wild Rice Side Dish
- 3 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 box (9 oz) frozen honey glazed carrots, cook per package directions
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 4 tbsp pecans
- grated peel of 1 orange
- juice of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients; microwave to warm through.
