Shrimp 'N Wild Rice Salad
- 4 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 box (9 oz) corn
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 pkg (12 oz) marinated shrimp, chili lime flavor, cooked per package directions
- 1 cup cubed dill cheese
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
Dressing (whisk together)
- 1 tbsp each orange juice, lime juice and canola oil
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- In medium bowl, combine salad ingredients. Add dressing; lightly toss.
