Shrimp 'N Wild Rice Salad

  • 4 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 box (9 oz) corn
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 pkg (12 oz) marinated shrimp, chili lime flavor, cooked per package directions
  • 1 cup cubed dill cheese
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

Dressing (whisk together)

  • 1 tbsp each orange juice, lime juice and canola oil
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro


  • In medium bowl, combine salad ingredients. Add dressing; lightly toss.
