  • 3/4 cup each chopped onion and chopped celery
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 6 cups cooked wild rice


  • In large skilled, saute vegetables in butter; add sherry, salt, pepper and wild rice. Cook until liquid is evaporate and wild rice is heated through.
