Wild Beef 'N Veggie Soup

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 8 cups beef broth
- 1 can (28 oz) chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 bag (24 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 cups cooked wild rice
Instructions
- In large saucepan, brown ground beef an onion; drain. Add broth, tomatoes, cabbage and seasonings; bring to a boil. Add vegetables and wild rice; heat through.
