Wild Cheesy Vegetable Side Dish

  • 3 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 box (10 oz) frozen cauliflower & cheese, cook per package directions
  • 1 box (10 oz) frozen broccoli & cheese, cook per package directions
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds


  • Preheat oven to 375F. In large bowl, combine wild rice with cooked vegetables. Place mixture in greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Top with cheese and almonds. Bake 30 minutes.
