Wild Fruit Salad

  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1/2 granny smith apple, chopped
  • 1 pear, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut

Dressing (whisk together)

  • 4 tbsp citrus stir fry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice


  • In medium bowl, combine salad ingredients except coconut. Add dressing; lightly toss. Sprinkle with coconut.
