Wild Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1/2 granny smith apple, chopped
- 1 pear, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
Dressing (whisk together)
- 4 tbsp citrus stir fry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine salad ingredients except coconut. Add dressing; lightly toss. Sprinkle with coconut.
