  • 6 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 pkg (20 oz) boneless skinless split chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 pkg (24 oz) frozen alfredo vegetables, cooked per package directions
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese


  • Divide ingredients among four microwavable bowls (24 oz each with lids) layered in the order listed. Cover and refrigerate. Microwave 2-3 minutes before serving.
