Wild Italian Bowl
- 6 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 pkg (20 oz) boneless skinless split chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 pkg (24 oz) frozen alfredo vegetables, cooked per package directions
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Divide ingredients among four microwavable bowls (24 oz each with lids) layered in the order listed. Cover and refrigerate. Microwave 2-3 minutes before serving.
