Wild Rice Turkey Tarragon Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/4 lb turkey breast slices, cooked and cubed
  • 2/3 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup chopped tart red apple
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups cooked wild rice

Dressing (whisk together)

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In large bowl, toss salad ingredients. Add dressing and toss.
