Wild Rice Turkey Tarragon Salad

Ingredients
- 1-1/4 lb turkey breast slices, cooked and cubed
- 2/3 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup chopped tart red apple
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
- 3 cups cooked wild rice
Dressing (whisk together)
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In large bowl, toss salad ingredients. Add dressing and toss.
