Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 box (10 oz) frozen honey glazed carrots, thawed and drained
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 6 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 cup dried, chopped apricots
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- In large saucepan, heat oil. Add cinnamon, cloves, tumeric and carrots; saute 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; heat through.
