  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 bag (24 oz) frozen broccoli & three cheese sauce
  • 3 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 can (9 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper


  • In large dish, microwave red pepper, broccoli and sauce chips on high 8-10 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, microwave 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
