Wild Sweet & Sour Bowl
- 6 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips and cooked
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Divide ingredients among four microwavable bowls (24 oz each with lids) layered in the order listed. Cover and refrigerate. Microwave 2-3 minutes before serving.
