cooked wild rice, chilled

plain, non-fat yogurt

low-fat mayonnaise
Instructions
Toss diced apples with lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir in celery and wild rice. Blend yogurt and mayonnaise. Toss with salad ingredients. Chill.
