sliced water chestnuts, drained

seedless green grapes, halved

cashews
Dressing

mayonnaise

lemon juice

milk

tarragon
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine wild rice, chicken, onion, water chestnuts, salt and pepper; toss with dressing. Chill. Just before serving, fold in grapes and cashews.
